Admissions Procedure:

To enroll a student at GCA, please follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the Enrollment Application (please contact the school office for an Enrollment Application) and include the following attachments:

--Transcripts from previous school
--Any standardized test results including those for learning disabilities or giftedness
--Enrollment fee of $150.

2. Forward the Pastoral Recommendation Form to your pastor or youth minister.
3. Forward the Current Teacher Recommendation Forms to your current teacher(s) or principal.
4. Forward the Authorization for Release of Records Form to your current school office.

To ensure confidentiality, all reference forms should be mailed directly from the reference to Grace Christian Academy.

Once these forms have been submitted, the Admissions Committee will review each application. Viable candidates will be invited for an interview and student testing if necessary. At the time of the interview the following information will be needed in order to complete your child's file:

Medical Release Form (notary services available at the school office)
Certified Birth Certificate
Immunization Records (GA Form 3231)
Eye, Ear & Dental Exam Certificate (GA Form 3300)

After the interview and all necessary forms have been submitted, you will be notified regarding your acceptance into Grace Christian Academy.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the items listed on this checklist, please explain why in writing when you submit your application.

Please note that Grace Christian Academy has exclusive rights to deny or admit any student, and that all such information used to reach a decision rests solely with the GCA Admissions Committee. Grace Christian Academy does not discriminate in regards to a student's race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its admission and educational policies.

Once your child is granted admission, the Matriculation Fee and Deposit (see GCA Price Information Sheet) will need to be paid.
