Admissions
Here's how to enroll your student at GRACE....
Step 1 -- Enrollment Application
Our Enrollment Application (EA1-EA3) consists of the main application and four supplementary forms. You can fill out a short form and download the Enrollment Application and Welcome Packet in pdf form by clicking here: Welcome Packet / Enrollment Application. Please complete the first four pages of the enrollment packet (notary services available at the school office) and return them to the school office along with the following information:
- Any standardized test results including those for learning disabilities or giftedness
- Certified birth certificate
- Check for the non-refundable application fee of $45 made out to GRACE.
You may submit your application in person or by mail. Please mail your application packet to:
GRACE - Admissions Office
355 McDonough Rd.

There are four (4) supplementary forms also included in the Enrollment Application and these should be signed, dated, and forwarded to the appropriate people:
- Two Academic Recommendation Forms (AR1 & AR2) - To be completed and mailed to GRACE by student’s current teacher, counselor or principal.
- The Pastoral Recommendation Form (PR1a/b) - To be completed and mailed to GRACE by student’s pastor or youth minister.
- Authorization for Release of Education Records (ARR) - To be given to student’s current school.
You will be contacted within 48 hours after your completed application has been received.
Step 2 -- Meet with the Director of Admissions in person or over the phone
Once the application forms have been received with the non-refundable $45 application fee, the Admissions Department will contact you. Following a short interview to discuss your application, the first interview with our director of admissions will take place. This normally takes about 15 minutes to complete and is typically held over the phone or at the school admissions office. Following this brief meeting, you will receive an invitation to tour the GRACE campus.
Step 3 -- Take the GRACE Campus Tour
Following your conversation with our director of admissions, you will be able to set an appointment to take our campus tour. Our campus tour takes about 30-45 minutes. Campus tours are scheduled in advance, and can be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For special circumstances, weekend tours can be arranged.
Step 4 -- Student Testing and Evaluation
Following the campus tour, your child will be considered for student testing and evaluations. Prior to student testing, the following information will be needed in order to complete your child’s enrollment process:
- Educational records from current school (includes transcripts, attendance, discipline records, testing profile, etc)
- Testing and evaluation fee of $35
- Immunization Records (GA Form 3231, provided by your doctor)
- Eye, Ear, & Dental Exam Certificate (GA Form 3300, provided by your doctor)
- Two Academic Recommendation Forms
- Pastoral Recommendation Form
Step 5 -- Interview with GRACE Administrator
After Steps 1- 4 are complete, the Admissions Team will extend an invitation to your family for an interview with our administrator. You will be contacted within 5 business days following your testing and evaluations to schedule an appointment for the interview.
Step 6 -- Selection as a GRACE candidate
After your interview with the administrator, you will be notified within 5 business days regarding your student’s status and acceptance into GRACE or our recommendation for the next steps. A formal letter will be sent in the mail to you. Upon acceptance, you will need to return a Commitment Form (CF-09) given to you in Step 5 by the administrator, with your non-refundable enrollment fee of $250, to receive entrance into our academy. The enrollment fee gets your student into our academy and pays for all of the processing steps completed by our Admissions and Business Office.
GRACE Christian Academy has exclusive rights to deny or admit any student, and all such information used to reach a decision rests solely with the GRACE Admissions Team. Grace Christian Academy does not discriminate in regard to a student’s race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its admission and educational policies.
Step 7 -- Reservation and enrollment process is completed
You will be invited to our “Welcome to GRACE” family gathering.
Upon receipt of your Commitment Form and $250 enrollment fee, your child is welcomed into our GRACE family. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an acceptance letter and financial information packet. We are thankful to begin this relationship with you. You will be invited to attend a special family gathering with our leadership team, so we can roll out the red carpet to your family. We will share our school’s vision and overview our ministry culture with you. These gatherings are usually held once a month at 6:30 PM on Thursday evenings. Someone from the finance department will be available at the gathering to review the financial information with you. You will be expected to pay the necessary tuition and fees, so your student's seat in the class can be reserved.
