Education: High School Graduate of Citizens Christian Academy, Associate of Science Degree in Recreation from South Georgia College; Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Therapy; Group Fitness Instructor Certification and Personal Trainer Certification
Years in Education: I've been in ministry education since 1987; I've been in Fitness Education since 1984; I've been at Grace Christian since 2006.
Why I became a teacher: I felt God leading me into Christian ministry at age 15. From that point on, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in peoples’ lives in a way that would last forever. I feel honored to be able to share with others the wisdom and values that so many have given their lives to discover and share it with me.
Favorite Teacher: Too many to narrow it to just one.
Hobbies: singing; playing guitar; arts and crafts; physical fitness; watching History Channel; petting my 2 dogs
Family Info: Married to Tim Bearden; I have a daughter, Rachel and a son, Paul; Abby & Gabby, my Shi Tzu dogs, and Sidney (Rachel’s Cat)
