Third Grade and High School Chemistry
Education: I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Johnson County Community College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Calvary Bible College. I'm currently attending Covenant College for my Master's Degree.
Years in Education:
I started teaching at Grace in 2003. I've also taught High School electives -- art and yearbook.
Favorite Teacher: Mrs. Howell. She made English interesting and she always smiled.
Why I became a teacher: I enjoy helping others and learning new things.
Special Interests: I enjoy working on the yearbook and I also love to attend seminars and conferences.
Pets: We have three cats, Princess, Snowflake, and Rascal.
Favorite Scripture: Psalm 118:24 , " This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." It reminds me to be grateful for every day that God gives me. I love singing this verse -- it always lifts my spirit. I can't help but smile.
