Second Grade
Education: Griffin Tech College, majored in computers, and got my degree in 1976. I went to Flint Tech College and majored in Early Childhood Education and got my degree in 2000.
Year started teaching: 1998, I started teaching at Grace.
Favorite Teacher: Ms. Angela Chambers, one of my college professors. She taught me that you can do anything when you have God's direction and wisdom.
Why I became a teacher: Because I love children, I like to establish good relationships, it's adaptable, and because it works well with my family life.
Favorite Hobbies: Swimming, Sewing, Crafts, Cooking, and Camping.
Favorite Scripture: John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes on Him should not perish but have everlasting life". I like this verse because it tells us that God loves everyone and died for everyone.
Favorite Subject in school: Science and English
Favorite Food: Chocolate and more chocolate!
Birthday: March 22nd
Extras: I love teaching at GCA! I feel like a part of the family. I like that I can share God's love, promises, and His Word with children.
